Christmas is in a few weeks and you should start looking for gifts for your family and friends.

This year, you will not offer the same pair of socks as every year, the Christmas beauty care box or this ugly pullover with a deer on it (everyone knows Bridget Jones?). No, you won’t. This year, you will find the most beautiful, the most unique and authentic gift ever. Here is a list of some of the best shops in Lausanne to find the perfect Christmas gift.

Viva Frida

Viva Friday: in this tiny shop of Marterey street you are sure to find the perfect design and unique gift. Clothes, jewellery, accessories, Viva Frida offers lots of designers clothes and small decorative items.

Any advices? Just have a look at the refine jewellery from the shop 😉 They are amazing.

Christmas markets in Lausanne

It is not Christmas without the famous Christmas markets. And it is the perfect moment to find your last presents and to enjoy a delicious mulled wine. 😉 Local craft producers, wine boxes from les Fous du Roi, local products, craft beers (la Nébuleuse, Jorat, les trois dames, la Concorde) and local designers (Baies d’Erelle and its unique jewellery, Monsieur Mishiba and its backpacks or Swiss Koo). At this time of the year, the Christmas spirit is everywhere in Lausanne. It is certainly the most beautiful season in Lausanne! When strolling in the city, you could enjoy the magic atmosphere and maybe, if you are lucky, the snow. 🙂
